Fellas, I only have fantastic things to say about Charles and this jewelry store. I know absolutely nothing about jewelry and he helped me design a custom engagement ring from scratch. He is super knowledgeable and gave advice on every single detail to make it perfect. My fiancée loved the ring and has gotten tons of compliments on it, 5 stars isn’t enough.

Chuck is a class act. I called and asked if I could have my watch links removed on the spot and he told me to come on over. The job took much longer than expected as my Breilting has 7 pieces per link. Graciously he still finished the job on the spot despite it being a much longer process than planned. Great service and very accommodating. My new jewelry store for sure! Thanks Chuck. 5 STARS.
