Je me suis fait offert une Tag Heuer Formula 1 chronograph en 2001, Chaques années, jusqu'à 2016 j'allais sur Lajeunesse pour changer ma batterie et un tune up. Le service était excellent jusqu'a ce que je confie ma montre à un certain Manuel! Ma montre m'est revenue avec une grosse égratignure sur ma lunette en saphir. Ce qui est pratiquement impossible puisque c'est dur à rayer. Ils m'ont quand même écouter et remis une nouvelle lunette en verre à 20$ au lieu d'être pratiquement inrayable.
