Service à la clientèle après vente est déficient. Fermoir de boucles d’oreilles défectueux et ils n’ont rien à proposer pour remédier à la situation et surtout ça ne fait pas partie de leur garantie d’un an. Ça fait plusieurs fois que je retourne. La morale de cette histoire c’est d’acheter ailleurs. 🤷♀️
