This so-called jewellery shop is nothing but a rip-off. They sold me an overpriced watch and didn’t even bother to give me the original box — what kind of “professional” store does that? It’s shady, careless, and feels like a scam. Their reputation is already terrible, and now I understand why. Don’t waste your time or money here — seriously, RUN AWAY before they rob you too.
Came to adjust the band of my new watch that I just bought. A week later, I notice multiple dents on the side of the bracelet near the pins. I am confident that it could not have been done by me since I take meticulous care of my belongings. I also compared this watch to my other watch that I have wore for two years and it did not have any dings near the pins even after all that time.
