Fantastic group of professionals here. I was looking for a birthday present for my wife, and they actually fixed my watch while helping me pick out something simultaneously. Great selection of jewelry. Great service. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve had a great experience with the staff here so far. Emily, Casey and Mary have all been helpful and attentive to a little hiccup that occurred with a ring that was purchased for me. We are working on resolving it and I will update my post to share that experience.

On 3/18/24 I left a watch that needed a battery here. I was told I would be called when the job was done, but that most likely, I could pick it up on Friday. I was promised a phone call. I was told I was called, but no message was left on my answering machine, and I checked my call log. No call from that store was ever made. It’s possible the clerk dialed the wrong number.
