I visited Bijou Nail and Spa yesterday for my first-ever professional foot care and left thoroughly impressed! The spa's interior boasts a clean, airy feel with high ceilings that flood the space with sunlight, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner and staff were friendly! I was seated in a nice massage chair for the session. Soaking my feet in warm water was relaxing, and I appreciated their commitment to hygiene. Grace confirmed my appointment for 1pm. I show up, she does my pedicure then tells me she has a 130pm and pushes me off onto someone else. This person just doesn’t understand the concept of a manicure. I kept explaining to her that she’s clipping my skin and not the nail and the pics are the result. After calling and complaining to grace, she said, well I had a 130pm so I had to give you up. Why did you book me at 1pm in the first place? Staff was very nice. However, not happy with my gel mani. It felt very rushed and looked sloppy.

The atmosphere is not very comfortable or relaxing. The pedicure and manicure were not great.
