I had a uniquely horrible experience with a stylist who was ill and should not have been in the building, let alone a few feet from customers. I’d appreciate speaking with a manager, or preferably owner, about my experience. As a loyal customer of 4 years, I’m especially upset with how today went.
I've gotten several pedicures here and what keeps me coming back is the fact is Amanda. While some might rush through a basic pedicure because you didn't pay for all the extras that are offered, not Amanda. She is thorough, detail-oriented, and I can tell that she genuinely cares. And she always has a big smile to offer. You can tell she pours her heart into her work.
My favorite nail salon! Super easy to book with their app, I go every few weeks for IBD gel with Tran and a pedicure with Amanda 😁
I’ve been a loyal client @ bijou since 2021 and I can say whole heartedly there is a REASON. I’ve floated between multiple techs but Tran & Amanda are both AMAZING!! Nails always good, never broken, never burning. If you want to try a new salon go here 😁 sometimes there’s a wait but it’s worth it
I love this nail salon! There are many options in Fishhawk and this is by far my favorite. It’s clean and the staff is amazing. Amanda has been doing my nails for a while and she’s always so friendly and does a beautiful job on my gel mani and pedi every time.
