I've had the best experience at Bijou Bridal Boutique! From the start Kerensa's communication was friendly and reassuring. The level of attention to detail once we attended the appointment was insanely high, making the entire experience so so wonderful. I had such a fun time choosing a dress with Kerensa. She was very accommodating and made the whole experience really relaxing and specail! We started picking out different styles of dresses, which Kerensa put in the fitting room ready for me to try on. She gave me great advice for each dress. The dress I said yes to suits me so well and I couldnt be happier!

I had a fabulous afternoon at a designer event here trying on wedding shoes, Kerensa was so welcoming and accommodating even though I had already found my dress from another boutique. I would definitely recommend a visit here even just for shoes, bridesmaids dresses or accessories!

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience at Bijou Bridal and I feel it is important to share as I wouldn’t want any bride-to-be to experience what I did. My initial consultation with Kerenza was wonderful. I booked a private appointment to try on a Sassi Holford dress I had seen online and took my mum and sister with me.
