Was not happy with the office called to make an appointment they said they accepted my insurance scheduled a procedure then they tell me that they do not accept my insurance and then they wanted me to pay out-of-pocket for my procedure not happy with this office at all
I saw the doctor twice for 5 seconds. He walked in both times and claimed he had no results from my primary doctor. I was rushed out of the office faster than a blink of an eye. Apparently, there is no manager to complain to. The person that I spoke to over the phone kept me on hold forever, then snapped at me. I will not be going back this doctor or office. It seems like insurance fraud to me. I’m being charged a visit each time and not being seen.
