I saw the doctor twice for 5 seconds. He walked in both times and claimed he had no results from my primary doctor. I was rushed out of the office faster than a blink of an eye. Apparently, there is no manager to complain to. The person that I spoke to over the phone kept me on hold forever, then snapped at me. I will not be going back this doctor or office. It seems like insurance fraud to me. I’m being charged a visit each time and not being seen.
Dr BK John is very knowledgeable about gastroenterology, he has been helpful dealing with my Parkinson’s.
Dr answered questions about my issues. Office has not contacted me to schedule recommended tests.
Doctor John really seems to care about me and my Issues. He keeps offering alternatives to a sometimes unsolvable problem (IBS).
