She is so patient and walks you through every step of the process — explaining what she's doing, how to care for your hair afterward, and answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Stay away, I will spare the details because it sounds like Michelle is ready with a rebuttal unless you have only good things to say. I've had this treatment done in the past and never has it ended so horribly. She will respond to this post sighting that my hair had bleach in it, and yes it had baby highlights (very little from over 1 year ago, no other color nothing) but when she was working on it she said on many occasions that my hair was very healthy and that the product took "90%" to the bleached parts because of the h... read more
