I got a different pricing when I went in to purchase , compared to the first quote that I had gotten from this business. The Owner, Bijan, kept justifying the increased price and not honoring the written down price I had from the other employee from this same store. Left quite a poor impression. If you get a good price at first , record him or lock it down somehow cause it might shift. The pricing seems to be quite arbitrary.
I was searching for exotic hardwood for our renovation and I was told by our contractor that we can’t get it, it is impossible to find in Canada since Covid. They just don’t import it anymore… here try this instead”. I wasn’t satisfied with that answer, so I called around. I've Bijan for 39 years. I always get great product and service. He definitely knows his stuff. Prices are very good also. I highly recommend him.
Wanted to just browse the store but found the Owner overpowering and relentless in asking questions. Although his intention was maybe trying to sell or be helpful, it was way too much. Constant questions, or bragging didn't come off too good. I should have known being the only customer in his store.
