With the wonderful "sales sign" at The Rug Store and BIjan Exclusive Oriental Rugs at 12300 IH 10, near Dezavala exit, I decided to Christmas shop for my family. What a special experience for me -- Bijan, Bobby and ALL their capable staff were there to help me as if I were buying expensive, designer rugs. My wife and I decided to go together to buy each other Valentines gifts. We were going to go to a jewelry store, but decided to walk in the Rug Store first. Our salesperson, Bobby, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were so pleased with the selection and service, we decided to buy each other rugs instead. Thank you sweetie for the rug. It looks great in my den.

Wow!!! This place has more rugs then I've ever seen before. They have every rug you would ever want or need. I just moved to San Antonio and I needed rugs for my new house. I heard about the Rug Store and decided to go there first and I'm so glad I did. I found the perfect rug for every room in the house. (Plus a few for my car:) The service was exceptional and the prices were super reasonable!!!
The best area rug dealer in town I want to complement this store on their management and selection first. The store was extremely clean, with great lighting and plenty of space to view the rugs properly on the ground. I have already recommended them to many colleges and friends. All the sales people were extremely helpful and polite.
Good service I needed to get my rug cleaned. It was an expensive hand made rug that my husband got a long time ago. I was told about this place bijan rugs close to the krispi kreme place. They cleaned it well. Great service, great job! I definitely reccomend this place.
good selection of rugs My experience shopping here was a pleasurable one. They have wonderful service, and they let me try a few rugs in my home before I made a choice. They delivered the rug on time. The sales people and the delivery guys were pleasant and polite. I highly recommend them. Thank you.
Selection, staff, pricing this guy has it all. As a designer I feel I can safely say Bijan has got to have by far the best selection of any handknotted rug dealer I have seen anywhere. To make it even better he is the the most knmowlegible anmd least intimidating man anyone could hope to work with. My clients ALWAYS love him.
Wow but Pricey! This place is a huge carpet and rug dealer than is located just between a jewlry store and a Krispy Kreme. I always pass by it on my way back home from the mall so one day I just went in to look around. They had a huge, huge selection of rugs. Also, you should know that place has a distinctive odor when you walk in. I guess that's a good sign telling me the rugs are pretty authentic but I'm not sure as I am not an expert in rugs.
