I stopped in late in the afternoon last Friday to get a watch band resized after they were recommended to me by a friend. The gentlemen working were so friendly and resized it right away. While I was waiting I browsed some of the jewelry cases and will definitely be back for some pieces. They had a great selection and I loved the small business/family feel over a large, chain jewelry store.
Just bought a watch and needed a few links removed for resizing. No better place to go then down to Bihl Bros! Was in and out in just a few minutes with great customer service!
These folks are true gentlemen!! 🤩 They helped me out massively on short notice before I was leaving on a trip to repair a piece (my favorite chain) that I had acquired from another jeweler. I am definitely excited to consult w them on my next purchase and return for my next pieces. AND wow my chain looks good. Could not be more thrilled with them
I had a couple bracelets to be resized and wasn’t sure where to go. They were so helpful and were able to get it done within a few days. Highly recommend!
