Went in to get a clasp fixed on a necklace. Mr. Bihl, offered to clean it as well. The customer service I recieved for such a trival thing was pretty amazing. It pays to go to your local jewelers, customer service is alive and well in Newport.

Curtis helped us this morning with a gold pendant chain and the customer service was incredible. Both he and his son were super knowledgable, didn't try to upsell or otherwise rip us off and we genuinely enjoyed our experience. We're so glad we took a chance based on all of the other amazing positive reviews because now we know this is a spot we'll be able to trust for our future jewelry needs!

I drove here and walked up realizing they were about to close in about 10 minutes; started to walk away but made eye contact with the owner and figured I'd just go in and ask if he had what I was looking for; a jar of jewelry cleaner. After I left there, I sat in my car for an hour with tears in my eyes because of how my jewelry was treated. Bihl Brothers is one of the best jewelry shops in the area! I went to purchase an engagement ring and the process could not have been smoother. Very low pressure with exceptional knowledge and customer service. The ring was stunning and they work incredibly quick to get you exactly what you want. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
