What an incredibly smooth process in purchasing our boat. Brian, Donnie, Karis and Mel are the best! Every aspect of the purchase and storage procedures were covered. My husband and I bought our 215 XTS NauticStar from BigToy about a year ago. We dealt with Donnie and Brian. Both are great to deal with. Our experience has been excellent all around from sales to service. We highly recommend them.
I made a review about a week ago after running into an issue related to a boat I purchased from Big Toy. The purchase wasn't as pleasant as I would have hoped for and we ran into an issue related to some service work performed by one of the techs. I have given Big Toy Sales enough time to reply to my concerns with not even a simple apology for their screw up, which leaves me to warn other people of their bad sales practices and bad service department. I purchased my boat through Donnie at Big Toy Sales back in August. The sea trial was rushed and the boat ran out of fuel, Donnie didn't know anything about the used boat and continued to tell me that they simply do a quick overview and do not fix any "mickey mouse issues", his words.
