Fail to listen to the customer and the ford dealership diagnostic paperwork printed right in front of them if someone bring in a diagnostic and tell you to fix this part you should fix the part and if you notice anything else that’s extra !!

Kevin at BigStick was super helpful with loads of knowledge re 6.0L Powerstrokes which helped me tremendously when I broke down roadside near Ennis Tx. Additionally their prices were better than the comparable options I've dealt with in the past. I highly recommend these folk...most escpecially should you ever find yourself in a mechanicle Ford pickle . 😀
