Very helpful staff. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable. They updated the software for my Bernina for free!
Always a great experience. The people are really fabulous!
Do not bring your machines here. Ours has been there for a year and a half. Needs parts. I’ll call Bernina. No reply. Four conversations over the last year alone. Same story. No reply. Now again same story but it’ll be 10 days or so because there are “ people ahead of you”. What? AFTER 18 months? AVOID!!
Helpful & knowledgeable staff who are very polite and interested in helping you.
