Very helpful staff. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable.
First time stopping in. Only customer on late Saturday morning in the shop. Very friendly lady explained buying options of sergers and recommended to come back when coworkers who would be more specialized in them.

The most ridiculous experience with bringing my machine in for cleaning. They had a 14 week lead time which was fine, but after the 14 weeks went by I called and they said 1-2 days but never called. Then about a month later I called and they said 1-2 days and they never called again. Finally after 6 months of them having my machine, I called the store and said I’m coming to get it.
