Jamie and Chris came out to our RV at the Grand Canyon RV Park while we were staying here and replaced our awning fabric. They were both extremely professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We woke up to water on the floor. This is never a good thing. We isolated it to the hot water tank. Anything plumbing related is above our pay grade. We were in Munds Park. We were referred to Big’s RV Service. Chris showed up quickly. He fixed our leak. Thank you Chris. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We won’t hesitate to call him in the future. They service the Phoenix (and surrounding area), flagstaff and Munds Park. 👍👍👍
We had an issue with our main AC unit. Big Jaime & Chris came out & were able to diagnose and repair the same day! They are professional and the customer service is fantastic. They’ve eliminated the competition in my book.
We began our summer long journey with a one week stay in Flagstaff. My generator wouldn’t start while Boondocking. July 3, before long weekend and they were so accommodating! Amazing work ethic, something hard to find nowadays! I would 100% call them again, as well as highly recommend them!!!!
