UPDATE: Unfortunately, I have to change my review from 4 stars to 1 star. While the cancellation process initially seemed straightforward, getting my refund has been anything but. I continue to get the runaround, with the store directing me to contact my bank. My bank has confirmed there is no pending refund, and in my experience, refunds typically post much faster than this. We found a sectional that we absolutely loved and were originally told we could expect delivery in about 2–3 weeks. After following up a few times, we eventually learned it wasn’t expected to arrive until mid-August, even though we purchased it on June 20.
