I’ve been here twice. First time was a positive experience. However second one, hugely disappointing. First, you’re forced to register on their clunky, useless website just to book an appointment. Fair enough. I showed up 10 minutes early, greeted the staff, and was met with complete silence. Not a word, just a glance.
