I cannot thank Josh at BigMoo's Automotive enough for saving our trip! We found ourselves in a dilemma after stopping for gas at the local Love's in Blytheville. Our car (Mexican market Volkswagen) suddenly had major mechanical issues overnight and went into limp mode, leaving us stranded. A huge thanks to the local Sheriff’s department Deputy for his help getting the car back into gear so we could move it. Awesome service. Traveling from St Louis to Oxford MS. Car started making a thumping sound. He got in the car and drove it and knew what it was. Loose windshield trim. Amazing he knew what it was and fixed it
My 2018 Honda Odyssey Broke down at a gas station 9 hours into a 15 hour trip with a three year old and a pregnant wife. Had a little melt down at the gas station where it happened, and this women (who had to legitimately be an angel, because I had called all my contacts and it was 7pm on a tuesday and couldn't even tell you if we were in Arkansas or Missouri) came over and gave my wife a number to call.
