I was traveling back to my college town from home when my car broke down in Blytheville. I called him and asked if I could get my car towed to the shop and fixed the same day and he said absolutely. He replaced my battery because we thought that was the only problem. I drove down the road and my battery light turned back on so I gave him a call and he said to bring it back so he could make sure it was okay. Bigmoo’s Automotive is solid, but Josh really stood out. He went above and beyond the whole time—kept me in the loop, explained everything clearly, and actually cared about getting things right. Josh knows his stuff when it comes to the 6.7 Cummins. You can tell he’s not just guessing or winging it—he’s got real knowledge and it shows in his work. Stopped in Blytheville for the night. Went to leave and car wouldn’t start so I called BigMoos and they were there in no time. Very reassuring, very kind, and promptly got my car fixed and back on the road! Texted a few days later to make sure I got home ok. So appreciated!!
The gentleman running the establishment is a life saver. I came to him three hours from home with a blown pump. He got it fixed within 3 hours of being there, one hell of a mechanic!
