I can’t recommend Bigland & Cowley Optometrists in Springwood and Katoomba highly enough. They have been incredibly helpful, supportive, and patient throughout the time I've been bringing my daughter there since she needed glasses at just 4 years old. Every member of the team has always been welcoming, understanding, and genuinely down to earth. Very disappointing. Attended Appt March due to a blood clot. Prescribed totally incorrect lenses, which were not even registered lenses within Australia! Poor craftsmanship, bad service & multiple migraines due to wrong prescription for lenses. Went to Spec Savers who fixed everything straight away, half the price & warned me off these guys. Do NOT recommend at all!
I LOVE my very colourful glasses! I had my eye test with Monika Povolny who is absolutely lovely! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me find the right glasses for me. I didn't even think of trying the orange and pink MarcVincent but when they suggested I loved them! And I purchased another pair in green and pink! Thank you so much! If you want high quality I highly recommend Bigland & Cowley! 🎶🎶🎶
Mary and the team were great help in selecting the perfect sunglasses for my golfing. She recommended a pair of Maui Jim which are working perfect. I also purchased another pair of bifocal glasses for driving that clipped on magnetic sunglasses and they are great. Thank you for the after purchased followed up. I highly recommended this optometrists.
