I took my 2011 Silverado in here February 2025 with a misfire code that I had worked on but been unable to figure out hoping the "professionals" could help. Big horn did an undisclosed amount of "diagnostic" work (I'm guessing 3 hours @ $160/hr), which included a test drive, changing 1 spark plug, and then a 2nd test drive and billed me $480 in labour, $20.91 for a spark plug, and for a reason I can't imagine $15.03 for "shop supplies" for a total after tax of $577.86, to literally change a spark plug. Just before the New Year they saved the day fitting me in new years eve to replace my leaking break line they noticed when I was in for a flashing light issue.
