I was actually shocked of how rude the gentleman was on the phone. I called to see if they did installations on stoves the customer already owns. He said “well we’re a dying industry so there are only a few of us left, so it depends” I told the gentleman what stove I have and where I would want it installed - his response was “ya, I’m not driving way out there for just a install, that’s a waste of my time, good luck finding anyone”. Call about getting a type of triple wall chimney. Told him I had pictures and everything his response was good luck?? Not bring it down and we'll try and send you a different size. I obviously will be taking all my business elsewhere good luck staying open in Pueblo. I'll look back at this, in a few years this store will not last long. Sounded like the guy from grumpy old men
