Mac from Bighorn looked at my roof after a recent hailstorm and after the insurance company suggested I get a contractor to inspect my roof before my policy renewed. Mac said my roof was in good shape, did not need replacement, and offered to work with my insurance company to certify that my roof was fine. He also gave helpful advice on how to make improvements to attic ventilation. I am happy to have found an honest, local, roofing contractor.
Be warned!!! We had our roof replaced by big horn in 2021. The crew caused leaks that damaged the interior dry wall and caused mold between the walls . They have yet to fix it. Contacted multiple times and they’ve ghosted us. Update 2025. Four more leaks have developed around the vents and along the eaves of our roof and we now have condensation in our attic. The interior damage is still there from the last leak. Mac still hasn’t returned our calls or emails.
