the room was adequate, had a good size and okay supplied kitchenette we didn’t receive any information in our envelope for check out expectations so we had to refer online. the lady who checked us in, spoke way too quickly and was hard to understand. didn’t reassure if we understood, quickly left to address the next customer. the staff were really rude. we tried the gym for the first time and the ethnic male staff member let us know the gym was closing. there was no signage reporting same & when my mother suggested signage o... read more
