One of the best experiences with a doctor I have ever had. Bighorn hearing is so superior. It’s difficult to put into words. Everything is explained well the doctor knows stuff, and the advice is spot on. In my opinion, you could not find a better place to solve your hearing problems.
Always professional and polite. I enjoy my interactions with both of the men that work there! I is nice when you can look forward to a medical appointment of any kind!
Stellar, kind team. I came in without an appointment desperate, as my father’s hearing aids were not working and he’s in hospice. His sight is going so we can’t write him notes. They said of course, come in, they would help me. The doctor fixed his aids, gave me lots of extra filters, and would not accept payment. They truly wanted to help me when I needed support. I never write reviews but these folks will never be forgotten by my family. Highly recommend.
Excellent service.
They wanted $140 dollars for ear impressions and took all my information before telling me that. I’ve had impressions done for $25 dollars in SF and was able to find someone in the high desert to do them for $35. It’s pretty gross because of the retirement community in Palm Springs they’re taking advantage of older people.
