Beautiful apartments. Have monthly rent posted on Zillo but they quote you a rate with a bunch of fees added on. About $150 a month over what's advertised.

Our experience as tenants coming from a different state was very stressful. The leasing agent (Shanyse) often lied and misled us. She often said that she would call us back and did not. We felt very uneasy about signing the lease. She never told us that the first unit #117 was on the third floor until we inquired/asked if there was an elevator.
