The work was for a disabled child in a wheel chair to have better access to his home. We reached out to Bighaus Construction for a concrete ramp job for our disabled son that’s in a wheel chair. At first they were very responsive and told us this would be something they could take on. They quickly came out to see what we needed done. The follow up was where we ran into issues.
