Driving through Lubbock, we stopped at Bigham’s Smokehouse and decided to give it a try. The spicy sausage sandwich was good— not really spicy, but it had great flavor. Hands down, the best brisket in Lubbock! The loaded baked potato and fried okra are our go-to when we don't feel like cooking. The service is fast. By the time I get the onions and jalapeños, drink, and utensils, the food is usually out.
We have discovered that this Bighams has the friendliest people workers there!! And their BBQ Is the best!!! We usually get it to go but just looking in the atmosphere seem great!!! We like this Bighams the best!!
