I was a bit nervous at first working with a guy out of state, but the communication and everything was perfect! Lots of options and he is the real deal. He provided credentials and everything was 100% true. I would not hesitate to work with him out of state. Hes in Arkansas and im about 1 hour and 20 minutes south of chicago and it was as smooth as butter!!!
We bought a car from Joseph about a month ago and it started messing up on us as soon as we got home thankfully Joseph was very helpful and offered to take and fix it for us but it ended up needing more work then we originally thought and we really needed a vehicle so Joseph refunded all our money even though he didn’t have too I would definitely recommend him he’s a good honest guy and takes pride in the cars that he sells!!
He knows everything there is to know about every car on his lot. We bought a car from him a few weeks ago and ended up having some minor issues (ac wasn’t blowing as cold as we wanted it was running a little hot) and he took it back to the shop and did a full diagnoses on it and fixed everything. He did so much work and spent so much time all for free so that we were satisfied with the purchase.
