Excellent. Perfect. Awesome. There are not enough superlatives to describe what a fantastic job this crew accomplished. Very difficult removal of two 60 ft. tall palm trees with limited backyard access. They even swept and raked up after themselves. Other companies told me the job was too difficult. This crew was finished in a little over an hour. I could not be more pleased.

This company was terrible. The old man with the beard running the show was rude and refused to move the truck from in front of my driveway so my wife and kids could pull in. When I asked again he told me to shut up because he was on a public road

Great communication, very organized, on time with nice equipment, knowledgeable workers who do a professional and efficient job. They cut down a fairly large tree in a very small yard and did no damage. After they were done the mess was thoroughly cleaned.

I had a large maple tree removed. Pros: Great Communication on the phone and through text. The job was completed in one hour and the stump grinder came the same day. I got a discount when I paid in cash. Cons: Tree removal had to be rescheduled, and this wasn’t communicated until the day of. It wasn’t clear on what the process or timeline was. BIGGZ is very professional and is easy to work with. The quote to remove my 5 big trees and their stumps is reasonable and the work is excellent. They also cut my 3 small trees without extra charge. I highly recommend anyone who wants to remove trees to contact BIGGZ first
