These sheisters too in excess of 1200$ in order to replace an alternator on a 2012 Toyota highlander the part cost $200 and we were charged $470 for the part from these guys, they then used prybars and crowbars to try to "stretch the serpentine belt to fit" (not the correct procedure at all whatsoever) we get 14 miles out of town after the car is apparently "fixed" the serpentine belt snapped from being excessively stretched. Charged us too much for a new alternator (1200 including 4 hours of labor), then our serpentine belt popped off ten miles down the road because 1. they didn't take it off correctly and had the PRYBAR it on and 2. they didn't think to check it and when it was checked (after it popped off) it was dry rotted and split! And after telling us they'd repair the serpentine for free, they went back on their word and charged us another $200. the only decent mechanic there was Dusty, he didn't even want to charge us.
We were in a serious predicament after being hit by a drunk driver driving the wrong direction on I-84 Biggs got us back on the road in no time with fair prices and fast service. Thank you for the great service
Coolant hose burst on Volvo VNL, they were able to come out roadside and replace. Overall good communication and fast response. Paid through EFS.
They are fantastic. I got at flat on my way out to walla walla at 10pm and they fixed me up for a good price and were very helpful!
