Initially they will yes to keep you up there but later you have to wait for hours and hours . I tried to ask gentleman approximately how long you think it is going to take for my turn he said 30 minutes but 1.5 hr later I asked he wasn't able to answer he didn't answer. So don't waste your time there try to get alternative.
These guys are fantastic! They are so knowledgeable, professional, kind, fast, and honest.
Biggs tire service is very friendly, helpful and quick! My transition oil was empty and I wasn’t sure how to change it, dusty came and checked it for me and told me what to do and how to fix it and as soon as I did what he said my car was running again. I would highly recommend Biggs tire service.
Great service..
tldr: very helpful and fast but also very expensive. Customer service was great! Had a blown tire 20min out of Biggs and they were able to get to me really quick to put on my spare (which was flat so their help was super needed), and by the time I drove to the shop they had my new tire ready to put on. Was on the road again in about 2 hours total. Huge shout out to the technician Will for fast and respectful service!!!
