I am not normally a Google review human, however the lack of communication plus the huge rate hikes we experienced with Biggs is unacceptable. We purchased a new vehicle and needed to get proof of coverage before we could take ownership. That day, I called four separate times during business hours, left four separate messages as well as emailing them. Horrible communication. Lack of professionalism. Noah never returned my calls emails or texts. Had me wait for more that a month for a quote promising he was working on it and will call back. DON'T WAISTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!
