This was our first time using Biggs and we are happy we did. Brian was very professional and explain everything and answered all our questions. Parts were replaced is a timely manner.
My technician, John, who serviced my Generac Home Generator was outstanding ! Biggs dispatch was able to send him out shortly after I called in. Once John arrived, I had to have a battery replaced and also the battery leads needed replaced. John actually went to get a new set of battery leads at my request. He went above-and-beyond to get my generator back up and running !! Thanks to both John and to Biggs for a 5-star experience !!!
John was very helpful and explained the process of installing whole house generator very well. He managed the installation project and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions that arose along the way.
They were able to come out the same day I called. The technician explained the issue and was able to fix it. I was back in business by the end of the day!
