Great experience with John L and Tanya at the office with Biggs installing our new toilet for us. John was excellent and super helpful answering our questions regarding the condition of the existing flange and floor and providing us confidence in the seal of the new toilet. Great clean work with the caulking afterwards! We've worked with Biggs on several HVAC and plumbing projects over the years and they are always a joy to work with!
I had my ac unit serviced and it went out less than an hour later. When I called I was told they couldn’t get back out until the following day even though it was 100+ degrees out. After a few calls, Biggs came back out late that night and had to replace the fan motor which was not brought up during the service only a few hours prior. Now our unit is extremely loud when running, there are wires zip tied on the outside of the unit and makes a loud bang noise every time it shuts off. Signed up for the premier package (PPA) and had a full workup done on our new home. Biggs had serviced the house for years previously so they knew exactly where everything was, what has been done, and what could need updating. Jason, David, and Chuck all did a fantastic and quick job. David serviced the entire HVAC and Furnace systems and was very knowledgable. Chuck repaired a broken PRV while here and gave recommendations for anything else that could need repairs for plumbing, and gave his full workup on everything he actu... read more
I’ve used Biggs for over 23 years, never had bad service from them. Techs are polite and experienced. That includes yearly maintenance and putting in a new AC system.
Chuck is the best! He is always here to take care of my plumbing issues! He is always on time and so full of knowledge!
