Brian did a fine job assessing problems with a mini split heating and cooling unit. It is an older unit and he did his best trying to find parts to repair.
Personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Made me aware of how to plan for a possible downstream failure but did not state needed to be replaced today or tomorrow, just something to make me aware of, plan for and the new technology. Will continue to use them, it's been 15 years and have referred the company with additional satisfied friends and family.
