Brain was my technician for my HVAC repair. He was very professional and explained things clearly.
We have used Biggs for over 8 years and they have outstanding service. We use the Priority Service Agreement which is worth every penny. They come out twice a year and check the systems. If they find a problem, we have the option to get it fixed while they are already here depending on the part. They are respectful, honest and outstanding at installing our heating and air system. Brian did a fine job assessing problems with a mini split heating and cooling unit. It is an older unit and he did his best trying to find parts to repair.
