Brandon recently performed a routine winter service on our new HVAC system, including changing the air filter and adjusting the system controls. He explained the work performed and answered all of our questions. He was courteous, thorough and a pleasure to work with.
Brain was my technician for my HVAC repair. He was very professional and explained things clearly.
We have used Biggs for over 8 years and they have outstanding service. We use the Priority Service Agreement which is worth every penny. They come out twice a year and check the systems. If they find a problem, we have the option to get it fixed while they are already here depending on the part. They are respectful, honest and outstanding at installing our heating and air system.
