If I could give this company 7 stars I would. Engineer 'Dowen' was professional,friendly, polite, informative. Clean, efficient service. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Brilliant they put in a new boiler and their work was clean and tidy
John and his team have done plumbing for us for many years. They always do a thorough job and clean up after themselves. They are very personable and able to explain everything very well. We have recommended them to numerous friends who have always been pleased with their services.
I have used Biggs Heat Technologies for eight years. Initially, they installed two bathrooms, a cloakroom, a new boiler and radiators for us. They have serviced the boiler each year. Recently we had a boiler problem where the water was going cool after running for a while. John was able to fix this in less than an hour.
