John Biggs was very responsive fitted a new shower for my tenant in quick time. She has also praised John for his speed and tidy job.

We have used their services recently to sort out some issues with our heating system. Given it was not urgent, I was expecting to be given an appointment in a couple of weeks time, but the owner sent one of their employees the next day. The work was done quickly, the engineer was nice, very experienced, provided explanations, had the parts in the van. It was not expensive, I will use them again.
If I could give this company 7 stars I would. Engineer 'Dowen' was professional,friendly, polite, informative. Clean, efficient service. Would not hesitate to recommend.
