John carried out our annual boiler service today, just as he has every year since installing the boiler 12 years ago. It’s still running perfectly, which is a real credit to his thorough and reliable work. He’s always methodical—this time removing limescale from a key component to keep everything working as it should—and he never leaves without making sure both the heating and hot water are running flawlessly.
Excellent service from John. I tried a few places for quotes to service and fix a problem with an heat pump boiler in a rental flat we have tenanted. John was easily the most communicative, good value amongst those that replied, and so we gave him a go, and weren’t sorry that we did. Great service, he was able to visit promptly, fixed the problem, serviced at the same time and all very efficiently. The tenants were very impressed and so were we. On the 6th August the owner of this van and business drove his van so close to me while sounding his horn along holes bay road from the junction of Asda traffic lights towards Upton to demonstrate that he believed that no cyclists are allowed to use this carriageway and made me wobble almost to the point of falling off. If I had I would have gone under his and the vehicle behind.
