NEW review - since someone is telling you to disregard other reviews and trying to talk them up, I ALSO lived here 2 years. The hallways are ALWAYS dirty upstairs, maybe the person leaving a nice review lives downstairs next to the leasing office - because that has to look nice. There are bugs in the rooms upstairs and our walls and carpets are stained from water damage and whatever came in. Also, have y'all SEEN the stairways??? Plus someone's dog or something is always peeing in the elevator
MOST OF THESE REVIEWS ARE OLD!!! I lived at the biggs building for almost 2 years, and cannot make a *single* complaint. Firstly, the entire management team is made up of the absolute sweetest people <3 Otherwise: maintenance responds quickly to specific concerns (even replacing my in unit washer since it was a bit older and giving me minimal issues) and they even replace air filters without request, Pest control comes regularly (despite my never experiencing any critters), And the general cleanliness of hallways, community ... read more
Management thinks having black mold in the apartment for months is not an emergency, they only started kissing up after threat of legal action. They also believe not having access to running water is not an emergency. Edit: management doesn’t like my review so they now made a flyer for what constitutes as an emergency - but didn’t feel that way when I had to throw out my entire fridge on 2 separate occasions.
