Maintenance staff made timely repairs to apartment. Office staff - very friendly, answered questions willingly and aimed to please. Excellent experience all around. After two years, son rented a larger apartment in same building .

Hey my name is Shanique Dabney, currently live in the Biggs building, and I must say I truly enjoy living here. I moved in November of last year and never had any issues. This is my first apartment and Sam made my experience smooth and wonderful. I truly recommend this place it's downtown and close to everything.
I’ve had an amazing experience living at this apartment over the past year! The building is well-maintained, the location is super convenient, and the community is peaceful and friendly. What really made the difference for me, though, was the incredible management team—especially Sam and Savannah. They were consistently responsive, professional, and genuinely kind.
