We recently had a storm shelter installed by Biggs Backhoe and they did a wonderful job. We were referred to Biggs by a neighbor and then I read the review previously posted which made me begin to worry so I made mental notes of issues that might arise. We had NONE of the issues previously listed in the negative review. Everyone at Biggs went well above and beyond to assist us. We would highly recommend them.
Storm Shelter Service Complaint – My storm shelter was installed on April 19, 2012 as I expected so there is no complaint about it. However, here is a list of other complaints: 1. Fence removed but not replaced – upon ordering the shelter it was explained that the fence would need to be removed but would be replaced to its original state. This was a big selling point for me since we have 2 small dogs. The dogs have to be walked in the backyard on a leash until I hire someone else to fix it. 2.
