I had an issue on Thursday, the fan outside was spinning but no air movement in the house and there inside blower sounded weird. I called and spoke with Andy, and we agreed what we thought the issue was. I purchased the part and installed it. Unfortunately that wasn't the issue. I called back and spoke with Andy, who was able to get me scheduled first thing in the morning. Thanks, Andy! Bobby was my technician. Had a great experience in one of the hottest weeks so far! Josh came out got us back up and running was super professional and Andy was super educating on how to not only prevent but take care of us! Great experience all the way around!
