Put a dd order in bout 1 hour ago, Tried calling to let them know my gf is picking it up now because its been so long and they hung up the phone and took it off the line so it doesn't ring, Just absolutely ridiculous wanted to get the same order I've been getting for a couple years now and this is how you treat a returning customer.
Food was good but the service was very bad!! The madam was very rude. She did not acknowledge/Welcome me when I got there. I understand that she was doing something, but she didn’t even say “ I’ll be with you in the moment” and was just rude the whole time I was ordering my food and thats why I didn’t leave a good tip. But when another customer got there she acknowledged them right away and told them that she would be there in a moment and was very nice to them. Our server Trish was so helpful for us on our first time in. We got the pepperoni bread sticks and cheese sauce at her suggestion, and have no regrets. My children bacon ranch pizza slice was great and the homemade ranch was delicious. Will be returning.
Great food and service, I’ll drive back from Grand Rapids just for Biggie’s anytime!
