I brought my TV in for repair and they said they would call me the following week with an update. 2 weeks later they never gave me an update and I had to call to get an update that they were waiting on a part. Now it has been 2 months later and I've tried calling them dozens of times and either his phone is turned off or they don't answer. I decided to come in to see what was going on. My sister and I had stopped into Biggie Repairs with a couple recycles ♻️ and had the best customer service. Very friendly, helpful staff, and clean store. I would definitely recommend Biggie Repairs.

excellent service and open comunication. i would recomend it not only for phones and tv, if you have an electronic game or toy (like a remote car or video games console) go there!!

I went to Biggies to get a new phone for my brother I’m sorry I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he went above and beyond to try and help me obtain a flip phone for him. I was mistaken and told him the wrong carrier to begin with after getting the right carrier the flip phones he had were not compatible with the carrier but he still tried to call other stores to see if they had one that would. I was really disappointed that I could not buy something from him but if I need anything fixed I will be sure to go to Biggies.
