Trying to sell pokemon cards 100% above market is crazy. The people here are always rude, and from reading the reviews it's obvious they don't care about their customers even a little bit. Reading how they respond to everyone, management is afraid of accountability and growing his business. If you want good cards, go to the shop on Kennewick ave, if you want good piercings and tattoos go anywhere else. Ps he also owns the card shop at the uptown in Richland. Avoid that too
Tell me HOW if you can pierce with the tools that you CANT use the same tools to change out a piercing yall did!! Then act ignorant and think it’s funny that I can’t find a person to change this out!! Have the day you deserve Mr Ignorance 🫶
i got my double lobes, nose, and helix here and it was very chill. i did notice that i constantly had irritation bumps on every piercings though no matter what i did. i cleaned with the spray, i slept on my back, i waited months to change jewelry, and still got bumps on every piercing. i loved my piercers, ive had different ones each time, and every single time ive come ive felt comfortable. the piercers even let me hold my moms hand, which helped my anxiety since i have a huge fear of needles. minus the jewelry issue i woul... read more
I came in & got a tongue piercing done. It was way off center & when I asked them to repierce it for me they said they don’t do free repiercings. Don’t waste your time coming here. I ended up just taking it out.
Came here to get my daughters ears pieced and had a wonderful experience. Virgil was personable, worked with us, and so kind and fun with my daughter. Alexia did most of the piecing with Dexter coming in to tandem piece her ears. Alexia explained what would happen to my daughter before hand and has such a calm demeanor. She made my daughter feel so special with the “secret purple earings”. They charged us $60 including the earrings which is actually the cheapest I found for a professional needle pierced ear (not using a gun)... read more
