Since our final session a week or so ago, my mood has definitely lifted , I m much more relaxed generally and I ve had NO anxiety/panic attacks. I ve also been out for a drive a couple of times over the last week, the last time being on Tuesday.
I just wanted to say Thanks, from going from 40 a day to none, it has been six month's now and it was just so easy. I feel so much better, I did as you suggested and have been putting the money away and today I have booked a special holiday for me and the wife.
