I love the no hassel to buy, and the sales people dont follow you around. If you decide to buy you won't be stuck there for 4 hours it only took about 2. Our salesman was super friendly with a sense of humor. The car was fairly priced and they didn't try to tac on unwanted prices.
I like this place to get my car serviced. They have good mechanics. And they always resolved any issues quick.
is this the best service department I've ever been to? honestly no. but they are way better than 99% of the Chevy dealers that I've ever walked into. and they are taking steps to improve customer experience and overall just awareness of where your car is maintenance wise. which I could appreciate. plus they have Starbucks coffee while you wait.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very easy drop off process. Was a really nice waiting room. The dealer changed my oil and even washed my car! Had a great experience at Biggers Chevrolet and will be back.
