It was recommended that I get front brakes. I asked when they were last done, I was informed May of 2025. I then asked why would the car need brakes so soon ? The tech asked the mechanic/technician he stated he only did a visual with out taking the tires off to really check !! That is bothersome and may not bring my car back for service. Two brake jobs in less than a year. I don’t drive that car that often and very far. Very disappointing.
I was told the tire rotation would be $20 more and turned out to be $49, also my car sat for over 15 minutes in the lot finished before I went to counter and asked and then was told they are printing paperwork

Worst service i have ever seen in my entire life, we gave them 2 cars in warranty and they didn’t fix anything for a week. And after week they said they will order parts and there is no ETA. They don’t even provide a car to use
Not too happy with the service I received. I went in for a possible thermostat issue. The thermostat needle wouldn't reach the half mark so I knew something wasn't right. After they checked it out, they gave a report of the vehicle only getting up to 105° Still they told me it seems fine and it's probably because it's cold outside which is why it isn't getting hotter, which is rediculous.
