This is my second time taking my car to them and both times I was pleased with the service that I received . Eddie and Mike made sure that I received great service at a price that I couldn't believe. I'm a retired mechanic and I know how much shops charge and how a lot of them have you pay for things that You really don't need. But not at Buggers both times they saved me hundreds of dollars that other shops would have changed me.
Was ther for service, Brian the service advisor did a great job explaining everything that was going on. Even spoke with tech. Awesome experience. Keep up the great job.

Absolutely love this dealership. They are communicative, educational, and take the time to break things down for you, and never push anything you don't need. I always feel well taken care of after visiting for service.
Not too happy with the service I received. I went in for a possible thermostat issue. The thermostat needle wouldn't reach the half mark so I knew something wasn't right. After they checked it out, they gave a report of the vehicle only getting up to 105° Still they told me it seems fine and it's probably because it's cold outside which is why it isn't getting hotter, which is rediculous. They obviously weren't going to fix it so, i have an appointment somewhere else since it's still under warranty.
