I had to make a rather abrupt decision to put one of my cats to sleep and after 2 days of emails, submitted forms and phone calls, this office agreed to take her after being told no by several other offices or being ignored by several more. I was able to get a same day appointment and they were nothing short of amazing. They walked me through the process and gave me as much time with my Shadow as I needed.
