Very unprofessional. I don’t know how they got 5 stars. May be friends and family because they don’t have many reviews. Drew doesn’t listen to you and keeps saying whatever he wants to say. He wanted to keep charging us for his experiments on our truck. We towed our truck after paying him $4300 and got it fixed from the Freightliner dealership for less then 1K. Drew hasn't talked to me a day in his life, I call him out of the blue while he was busy and took over 45 minutes to explain everything too me about the truck and what needs to be done. " best solution" "and cheaper solution"... told him my situation at the time knowing I don't have a lot right now and he still told me to bring it in and he would take care of it...any other shop would of hung up because they didint have time. Awesome guy and willing to explain everything
