First time here. We had no idea that they've been open almost a year. Decided to try the ribs and chicken, sweet potatoes and some cornbread. Very good. Charles and Jasmine were very welcoming and took time to let us know what is all available. Lots of choices. Anxious to try some different things next time. I think we'd come back just to see Charles smile and laugh. Wishing them both much success.
This stuff salmon boyyyyyyy let me tell you 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥!!!!! Best I have ever had!!!!!! My sides of cabbage and greens didn’t disappoint either!!!!
To be honest the food is really good I would say I eat from here at least 3 times a week I never have to wait a long time for my food it’s always clean inside the restaurant and the food is always fresh the customer service is a 10/10 this is probably one of the best soul food restaurants in Racine highly recommended u won’t be disappointed
Went there last saturday 6/20. Waited 20 mins for a meal that was never made. One of the cooks told me they didn’t know i ordered, note that someone i was with ordered right after me and got there order. The person taking my order asked the cook specifically about the meal i ordered. Waited 5 more mins to get my refund (card) i was told my money would be back on my card but i never got my refund. Poor communication and lack of urgency and this is coming from someone who’s worked in a he restaurant industry for over a decade
Customer service was excellent, greeted as soon as you walk through the doors. Food was seasoned well! I love how good you guys clean! Keep up the great work!
