Big foot has a very friendly staff
They very helpful and knowledgeable. Bigfoot was open on New Year’s Day during a storm!!! Shows dedication to their clients 100%
I'm a huge Bigfoot fan so we had to stop in and check it out!! I picked out a pink t-shirt and was gifted a few bonus items!!! Thank you very much you guys truly made my day!!!!!
Generally takes weeks to get service scheduled, and they tend to be pricey. They are usually able to resolve any equipment issues, although I have also paid for services that were not entirely rendered. Overall acceptable.
