Very disappointed with my experience. 1) I received a gift card for Christmas and didn’t get a chance to use it before covid hit. I got a massage yesterday and when I paid the new owner informed me they no longer accept gift cards. I guess because he wasn’t the one to make money off the sale he won’t honor any previously purchased gift cards. 2) they charge a $5 fee on top of any service for a “cleaning fee during the covid period” and I had agreed to it thinking I was paying with a gift card. RecommendedI purchased the 1 hr. combo (back massage and foot massage). It was glorious. The guy who did mine (Sam) was very professional and had a very firm touch. I will definitely be back! I’m a chemo/cancer patient and left with much more energy than I went in with!

I took a friend for her birthday. The two men performing the services were friendly and we got ALL of our time. Clean facility and no payment issues.
I bought my daughter and her best friend gift certificates because I felt that they both could really use a chance to relax. They went on a Sunday, massage was mediocre and as they got ready to leave one tech blocked the doorway and told both girls that they had to tip to leave. Both girls had prepared a tip but after the tech demanded they really didn't want to but had to in order to leave. I will never purchase from them again!
I called and asked for an appointment with my favorite woman. Another woman started my massage, and I knew immediately it wasn't who I asked for. No explanation. THEN when I checked out, she first tried to tell me I had received the 90 minute version - but I hadn't been there for 90 minutes. She couldn't get my credit card to run, so I paid her cash, but she wanted more cash. Come to find out that "Tips are Appreciated" sign on the counter should be revised to "We demand tips, and we'll tell you the amount." WTH??? Needless ... read more
