We had a major emergency and Big Foot responded immediately. They replaced our hot water tank and both furnaces quickly and seamlessly, turning a stressful situation into something manageable. Very professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. He kept me informed throughout and made sure everything was done right. Truly outstanding service when we needed it most. Highly recommend. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I DIYed my own dishwasher install, and let’s just say, it ended bad - so I needed a plumber!! Sean is professional, competent, courteous and responsive (and in my case, non-judgmental). I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Should have called him in the first place.

Overcharging , you have to pay an extra $90 bucks for his quote , don’t matter if you give him a job or not , also he will charge you for his lunch hour. Not recommended ! And yes I'm not mistaken you!

Had a furnace installed by Bigfoot last season. Very professional service. My thermostat wiring is a bit outdated so Sean had to play with it for quite a while and make an extra visit to sort it out. All included. Would recommend and use again.
